2003:
Vaughn became Deputy Secretary for the Eastern Region, and David DiGuglielmo became Superintendent.
DiGuglielmo oversaw the construction of new facilities at Graterford, known as Graterford East and Graterford West.
2004:
The Graterford Think Tank starts offering training sessions for instructors from other universities, helping to expand the Inside-Out program to additional institutions.
2006:
Artist Russell Craig is incarcerated.
Inside-Out course established at Haverford College.
2008:
Inside-Out courses offered for academic credit.
Alumni, students, faculty, and Let’s Circle Up efforts reinforce one another. For instance, Sarah Morris (Haverford ‘05) returns to campus to screen her organization’s documentary, Stolen Dreams, about teens tried and sentenced as adults.
