You can download your Twitter archive by navigating to the gear icon on the top right of your toolbar down to Settings.
You can download your Facebook data by navigating to Accountī Settings and selecting “Download a copy of your Facebook data” and then click Start My Archive. Because this download contains your profile information, you should keep it secure and be careful when storing, sending or uploading it to any other services.
