Tripod Classic tends to do better 'Title" and "Subject" searches than the new TRIPOD which is linked to below.

You can use the "Subject" search in Tripod to find books about a person or character. Note the sample search terms: 'Isaac biblical patriarch'; 'Adam biblical figure'; 'Paul the apostle'.

You can also search to see if there are books that have a significant discussion of the biblical passage that you are researching. Here is an example of this type of search: Bible O T Genesis XXII 1-19
