Writing a Manifesto

A manifesto is a written statement declaring publicly the intentions, motives, or views of its issuer (as described by Merriam-Webster online dictionary).  It is a  declaration of aims, beliefs, intentions, motives, opinions, objectives, policies or views of an issuer (individual, group, political party, organization). In either case, the manifesto answers the question "What do you believe?" (Guidelines for developing a manifesto)
