Faculty authors whose publication is not covered by an existing agreement, or other funding, may apply for support from the Open Access Publishing Fund, co-administered by the Libraries and the Office of the Provost. This fund covers APCs when no other funding is available. It is a limited annual fund and awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Faculty can apply for a Libraries-sponsored grant to adopt, adapt, or create OER for their courses. This program supports open-access pedagogical publishing with no author-facing costs—see the OER Program FAQ for details.
