Popular Reading Room
Located on McCabe's first floor, this is the new fiction and popular nonfiction.
If someone already checked out what you want to read, you can place yourself on the waiting list. Search for the title in Tripod, sign into your account, and click "request" to place a hold on the book.
Alumnus Richard Lamb '88 donated over 10,000 comics to McCabe to encourage reading for the sake of pleasure (read the Alumni Bulletin's amazing comic feature on the donation). Check out our guide to the collection or browse the collection in the lounge on the second floor of McCabe, where you'll also find a growing library of zines.
