This guide contains resources relevant to the programming being organized by the Healthy Relationships & Communities Initiative.

Description of the Training Tuesday Session "Navigating Loneliness and Self-love at Swat"

Most every Swattie has moments of loneliness while at Swarthmore. Relationship to Self: Navigating Loneliness and Self-love at Swat provided an opportunity for students to foster a sense of solidarity by discussing experiences of loneliness. Following the discussion, students completed a questionnaire meant to inspire optimism and self-love, then wrote a love note to themselves to be opened on a tough day.
