Books on Libertinage in the Bryn Mawr Special Collections

The Special Collections Department at Bryn Mawr includes a large number of 18th and early 19th books and pamphlets from England and France relating to the topic of libertinage and liberty, including many illustrated works literary and satirical works, and works on medicine, travel, and crime, including prostitution. 

Special Collections is open from 9:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday, and 9:00 to 8:00 on Wednesdays except during Fall and Spring Break.  Emailing or calling in advance is recommended to ensure that the books you want to use will be ready for you.
