Eighteenth Century Collections Online
Offers full-text access to English-language titles and editions published between 1701 and 1800. To find maps, go to Advanced Search, scroll down, and change the drop-down menu "Illustrated Works Containing:" from "None Selected" to "Maps." Then you will only find search results containing maps.
