Best Practices for Librarians using Libguides

• On the right-hand side of the screen you'll see three publication statuses:
  • Unpublished — visible only to the guide owners and administrators
  • Private — visible to anyone with the URL, but will not appear in search results (in Research Guides or general search engines)
  • Published — visible to anyone on the web

Course guides must be assigned to either the Current Courses or Previous Semester Courses groups, or they will not display on the homepage or on subject guides.

At the end of each semester, please remember to move any current course guides to the previous semester courses group.
