Keeping your posts private is no guarantee that they won't make their way into the larger online world

• People get in trouble all the time for posting offensive content in private social media groups

Basic list of things not to post:

• Abusive & Profane content
• Illegal content
• “Adult” content
• Offensive content (racist, sexist and otherwise discriminatory) –
• Negative views of job, employer, boss, professor.
• Drug content
• Threats
• Poor grammar and spelling
