The bibliographic (i.e. non-patron account) data will be frozen in both Tripod and Tripod Classic until December 20, 2018. This month-long data freeze is necessary for us to extract the data from our current system and to migrate and configure it to our new system.

Requested new items that arrive during this time period will still be processed and made available.

December 10-19, 2018

The process for requesting physical items (books, DVDs, etc.) in both Tripod and Tripod Classic will temporarily change from Dec. 10 through end of day Dec. 19.

In Tripod, you will still start with the Request link as before, however, the request form itself will look slightly different.

In Tripod Classic, the request link will take you to a page explaining the temporary process which will be to ask at the circulation desk or email the circulation staff at your respective school with your request: Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Swarthmore.

December 17-19, 2018 Circulation transactions will be conducted via an offline module. This means that if you check out or return an item during these dates, this information may not be reflected in your Tripod account until Dec. 20, 2018.
December 20, 2018 New Tripod interface is launched.
