  • Writing History in the Digital Age. A freely-available textbook, peer-reviewed on the open web, covering a range of digital and public history topics. Dougherty, J. & Nawrotzki, K. (2013). Ann Arbor, MI: University of Michigan Press.
  • Getting Started with Digital History in the Classroom. Kathryn Tomasek (History Prof at Wheaton College) has plenty of useful digital history information on her blog. This "getting started" post, an annotated resources list from an AHA presentation, provides helpful links to projects and tools.
  • Process Checklist for Integrating Digital Humanities into Courses. Rebecca Frost Davis at St. Edward's University walks you through logistics, course goals, and other steps ensuring high-quality digital projects in the classroom (2012, September 13).
