Tripod searches for individual journal articles as well as the Tri-College libraries’ collection of books, journal titles, multimedia materials, databases and more.

Borrowing beyond the Tri-Co
1. E-Z Borrow - Request books that are not available in Tripod. It usually takes three days or less for E-Z Borrow books to arrive.
2. Interlibrary Loan (ILL) - Request books not in E-Z Borrow. They can come in as little as four or five days. Also use ILL to request films, dissertations, sound recordings, and other materials.
3. Articles - Request journal articles not available in your college library. You will receive digital copies of the articles in your email sometimes as quickly as the following day.

A catalog of books, journals, and other materials in thousands of libraries. Excellent place to find material you want to request through ILL.

Full text to major journals
Année Philologique
Offers bibliographic records of journal articles, conference proceedings and collection articles on many subject areas relating to Classical Studies including philosophy, history and the antiquities. Covers 1924 to present.
Art Full Text
Offers abstracts of journals, museum bulletins and yearbooks in the fields of art, architecture, decorative arts and photography. Covers abstracts from 1929-present, full-text articles 1997-present.
ProQuest Performing Arts Database‎
This database, formerly known as "International Index to the Performing Arts" provides abstracts and full-text to journal articles. Covers a broad spectrum of the arts and entertainment industry including dance, film, television, theater, opera, and broadcasting. Covers 1864-present.
Zenon iDAI bibliography (Deutsches Archäologisches Institut)
Catalogue of the German Archaeological Institute Library. Excellent for finding archaeological bibliography.
MLA International Bibliography
Modern Language Association: for finding articles, chapters, etc. about literature, film, theatre, etc.
