Using your textbook, lecture material, or Google, find one reliable source (popular or scholarly) and one review article on a topic in the neuroscience of learning and memory that you're curious about.
- Note the title and url.
- Using ideas from that source, write one possible research question.
- What are the two or three main concepts in your research question?
- Using those main concepts, conduct an initial search in PubMed or Web of Science and scan the titles, abstracts, and assigned keywords/subject terms.
- Refine your research question, if necessary.
- Add synonyms, acronyms, and variant spellings to your search strategy.
- Find one primary research article and one review article. Be prepared to describe your process.
